Mini Cooper Sport Imprinting Course

This class is all about conditioning your dog to a scent and what to do when they find it. The training approach is a mix of Shaping and It’s Your Choice. This is the foundation class and probably the most important.
Classes will start on 29 October at 6:30 pm. Venue: 156 Mt Herbert Rd, Waipukurau.
This course runs over 6 weeks where there will be a bit of theory and a lot of fun. At the end of this course you will be able to confidently do a container search. There will be a graduation at the end of the course.
Classes will be limited to six dog and handler teams (only one dog per handler at a class). I believe in quality and not quantity.
You will receive a free scentwork starter kit on the first night.
If your dog is not suited to the class environment, there will be 1 on 1 sessions available.
You will need to bring LOTS and LOTS of treats. Please avoid any treats that are big and bulky and sticky like ham or chicken strips.
An email with confirmation of a spot in the class will be sent to you with account information for payment. If you do not get a spot in this class, I will keep your enrollment form for the next intake.
